After you book: a Massachusetts Certifying Healthcare Provider will evaluate you. If they certify a debilitating medical condition, you'll register free with the Cannabis Control Commission online, using a government ID, proof of Massachusetts residency, and a photo — and your Program ID card will arrive by mail. Patients under 18 need certification from two providers and a parent or guardian's consent.
